After upgrade the dicource, the plugin of Automatic TOC was disappear all topics.
Could you advise to fix it of theme “Horizon”?

@bck055 I think I know what the problem is. Nested replies enabled causes the TOC to not show up.

I suggest you disable nested replies on the affected topics and try again. Admin wrench > Disable nested replies.
