404 when [image] is clicked in linked post excerpt

I recently linked to this post in a separate topic on our website. The post’s excerpt appeared just as you’d expect.

When “[image]” from the excerpt is clicked, it returns a 404, but if you were to open that link in a new tab/window or simply refresh the page, the image loads fine.
