This looks to be:
- a couple of components:
- Topic List Thumbnails
- Custom Category Boxes
- GitHub - discourse/discourse-big-carousel-component: Work in progress (this might be beta I think)
- enabling the gamification plugin to show the leaderboard (which is a built-in plugin now)
- changing the font-family to
poppins - and some playing with the colour palette
