A feature for the «Tagging» plugin: an ability to set a description for a tag page similar to the categories pages

To summarize the tag features and bugs:

Tags should have all the same features as categories.

But yes, tag descriptions would be nice.

This is not planned because tags don’t have descriptions, and that’s by design – they are lightweight, flexible entities.
