Hi, it seems I can use a theme on PC and another theme on my smartphone is it ? That is my user preferences show two different themes whether I am using my PC or mobile. Can you confirm that before I inform my users? Thanks.

Yes, this is accurate — when you change your theme via /my/preferences/interface there’s a checkbox that appears below it Make this the default theme on all my devices, as long as that’s unchecked the theme will only apply to the current device.
