I have two questions about Featured Categories components and hope to get your help
Q1:Why do other people’s forums show two categories on the computer, but mine only shows one?
Q2：Why are the images in other people’s categories on the left side of the text in mobile browsers, but mine is above the text? I checked the size of my image and it is also 200px, but the display results are different? Why is this?

Is the component you are referring to the Featured Categories Header component? If so, that is not an official component so you will need to reach out to the author in that topic for help.
@sweet_Girl the component has a Layout setting where you can choose between a basic list and a cards layout:
However, the community you shared has a custom layout design for the cards. This is an advanced solution. They likely picked none on the layout setting and then added custom CSS to get exactly the layout they want.
