I’ve got a site whose cert expired on Oct 4, three days ago, and it’s failing to get a new one. If I run /etc/runit/1.d/letsencrypt by hand, I get this “address already in use” errorr. I tried stopping nginx and then running it again, but that didn’t help.
Seems like this might be a bug. I deleted the letsencrypt and ssl directories and rebuild is running now.
Removing the ssl and letsencrypt directories and doing a rebuild got a new cert.
This is a two-container install, so it usually does a bootstrap rather than a rebuild. I haven’t seen any issues like this with letsencrypt in a long while. I can’t tell if this is a fluke or something was broken recently.
