"Add a custom picture" option has disappeared

Something interesting (or weird) is happening. Suddenly the “Add a custom picture” has disappeared from the “Change your profile picture” popup window. What’s even weirder is that it’s now also gone from this (meta.discourse forum), it’s still there on try.discourse sandbox though.

  • “Allow users to upload custom profile pictures.” is ticked.
  • Tried from both regular users and admin users

Any ideas?

i too am having the same issue on my instance, On the latest discourse version.

Yeah, totally my fault. I’m fixing it and improving our test suite to not break again :wink:

EDIT: update to latest and it’ll be fixed :strawberry:

Is the bug deployed anywhere? We should make sure we get the fix out.
