Suggestion: In order to be able to provide context and more information to the recipient, add a Description field (ideally with the ability to use basic HTML - paragraphs, bold, links etc.) to the Automation screen, and display the contents in the PM and email report that is sent when the script ‘Schedule a PM with Data Explorer results’ is selected.
One usecase is for providing automated reports to people who are not frequent users of Discourse (or who don’t use Discourse at all) but require scheduled reports.
(There is a description field on the data explorer page but I wouldn’t suggest including that in the PM & email report as it may be being used for internal purposes. Also, the data explorer query could potentially be used in multiple automation instances so would need specific descriptions per automation).
