Add custom field in topic list

Hello everyone, recently my forum has developed a category called following to introduce individuals with useful contributions and I am referencing the design below. Can you tell me if we can add custom fields to the topic (depending on each category) and get them out of the topic list to get the design below?

If possible, please suggest me, or a developer who can support them and how much I have to pay?
