Add language dropdown to email templates interface

Sorry, I tried to find a prior request in search but I didn’t find

Quick language selection when editing templates, etc

When editing texts, templates, etc. (example: /admin/customize/email_templates) you edit the texts in the language you have set your profile to. But on Discourse instances with multiple languages, it’s would be nice to have a quick dropdown to select another language. Even better: have that dropdown for each text (in stead of the whole list).

Maybe this one can be moved to that topic.
