Post links are what you see below a post that has been linked to in another topic.
Currently we support permission-based display of post-links. In other words, if you link to a public post in a topic belonging to a restricted category, a post link will appear below the public post, but only to users who have access to restricted category the referencing topic belongs to.
Since we support permission-based display of post-links based on category permissions, it makes sense that we would add it to whispers as well.
The breadcrumbs this would introduce would help users who are allowed to whisper have additional insight into how the information with a post its being used and referenced.
