Try a ./launcher rebuild app again from the command-line. Does that help?

Think it’s missing migrations so Nate’s answer should help. Or to be faster and only migrate: ./launcher run app bundle exec rake db:migrate and then only restart ./launcher restart app

或者为了更快，仅执行迁移：./launcher run app bundle exec rake db:migrate

然后仅重启：./launcher restart app
