Allow adding tags as a custom subject format for emails

It appears that tag name isn’t supported with (Superseded) Customize the subject format for standard emails? Any plans to add that in future releases?

Would be really useful for our support forum to have tag context within the emails sent from Discourse.

I think we are fine with adding:

%{optional_tags} → [tag1] [tag2]

I would love to personalize email subjects with the name of each member that receives the email just as it’s been done by standard newsletter services
