Alternative views for Category and Site Events Calendars

The calendars embedded in a topic with [calendar][/calendar] support different views: Month, Week List. Unfortunately, the calendar at upcoming-events and the category calendars I add via events calendar categories only have the monthly view as default and no option to toggle the view.

We would like to have a list view for those calendars. It would be nice if the toggle switch would also be supported for category calendars added via events calendar categories.

It would certainly be very helpful to have some ability to customise and tweak the calendar views, both at the site and user levels.

It would also be great if this was consistent across topic calendars, category calendars, and the site calendar with this plugin.
