Note to others- read_artifact wants a url. The url for artifact id 123, version 7 is:

https://forum.example.com/discourse-ai/ai-bot/artifacts/123/7

Sometimes the bot can make that conversion and “read artifact 123”, but usually says it needs the url.

can i create web artifacts as an admin without relying on ai ? i want to use it to build tools etc without having ai to generate them
