Applying a custom header to Discourse site

I recently purchased Z Menu Maker from codecanyon (envato) and have created a custom header that I’d like to apply to my Discourse Community and also my Wordpress site.

ZMM provides some great documentation on how to use the tool, and notice at the very end, it shows you what the output files are that would need to be applied to your site…

Z%20Menu%20Maker%20-%20visual%20menu%20maker%20(Pure%20CSS%2C%20jQuery%2C%20Simple%20menu%2C%20Drop%20Down%20menu%2C%20Mega%20menu)%202018-11-19%2011-19-17

What should I do with all of these files in order to apply them as my site header? Where do I place the CSS and the other files?
(we can ignore the .json file as that is used to upload these menu configurations back into the tool for further editing)
