Are there any themes that show you the full post content like an actual social media site so you don’t have to click the topics? FBK Pro is nice, but still need to click on topics to open lengthy full posts. Would like a FaceBook-esque kind of thing where you can “Read more…” for long posts in that case. Yes, I know the FBK Pro theme does have a “Read more…” but when clicked, it makes you enter the topic instead of just showing all the content dropped down.

Look at, for example, Topic List Previews.
You always need to visit the Topic route to see all the Posts, I’m afraid, as no-one has invested in the significant work that would be required to present everything on the one route. If you have budget you could post in marketplace to get that built but it’s a big project ( >> $15k)
