Arrow for 'Hide Details' is unclickable in some Microsoft Edge versions

Users are reporting Microsoft Edge does not allow them to click the down-arrow in a hide details section. It works correctly in the Chromium-based builds of Edge, but not the older EdgeHTML versions.

Microsoft Edge 44.19041.1.0
Microsoft Edge 44.18362.449.0
Microsoft EdgeHTML 18.18363

Discourse supports the latest version of Edge, which is 84 as of today. Iā€™d recommend users to switch to up to date versions of their favorite browsers.
