Attributes getting stripped when trying to edit badge descriptions

When I try to edit the short or long description for a badge, it will strip tags, (ex: nofollow)

In my examples it removes the rel=“nofollow” tag ive added to the Google link

This felt like a bug but perhaps it’s intentional? - If so I guess we can move this to “features or feedback”

I think it is an intentional feature of sorts as we are using the same process we use in posts to cook markdown.

That said, yeah stripping no follow seems a bit harsh from badges, I support relaxing the cook process here.
