"Back to all tags" link broken on Manage Tag Groups page

This button is not taking subfolder installations into account and isn’t adding the subfolder to the url. Interestingly enough, left-clicking the link will still work in a subfolder install and take you back to the tags page, but middle-clicking the link to open a new tab will break.
