Be able to right click in the table of content to copy anchor links

Currently, tables of content links to #:

<li class="d-toc-item d-toc-h3">
  <a href="#" data-d-toc="toc-h3-translations">Translations</a>
</li>

I often want to copy-paste anchor links to users on meta, and each time I need to navigate through the TOC, then move my cursor to the section’s title inside the post and right-click the very small anchor icon in order to get the proper link. I think this experience could be greatly improved if the anchor links were already in the TOC links.
