Blue Highlight doesn't Cover Whole Post

When you view a new reply the blue highlight doesn’t encompass the very bottom of the tools.

This is on mobile.

@eviltrout pretty sure this was a regression with the new timeline

Thanks, it was reported before but I didn’t understand it and thought it was fixed. Here’s a fix for it:
