Bookmark page does not respect "open all external links in new tab" user preference

  1. Enable the preference “open all external links in new tab”
  2. Go to your bookmarks page
  3. Scroll down until you find a summary that includes an external link
  4. Click it

Expected:
Link opens in new tab

Observed:
Link opens in current tab
