It will say “You have not bookmarked any posts” regardless of who it is.
It should say “@user hasn’t bookmarked any posts.”, or something similar.

Aren’t you effectively impersonating that user? In which case it should show exactly what it would show the user, which is “you”. Do you have any examples of where it does replace “you” with the user’s username?
In impersonation, it should show “You”, but with me just checking the Bookmarks tabs it should say “This user”.
Yeah this can be improved, we already have some “viewing self” behavior, so it shouldn’t be too complicated to implement. Fairly low priority, a PR would be welcome if anyone’s interested.
