Reporting few issues with bookmarks

1. Wranning “You do not have permission to view this user’s bookmarks” to user itself when user didn’t bookmark any post or topic. It may not a bug but make user confuse.
   

   

2. Always display the bookmark icon front of the title at the topic list although user has remove the bookmark via click the bookmark icon in topic.
   

   

3. Shortcut f will default include the letter ‘f’ in the reason field.
