In my stats it says I have 4 bookmarks:
But on my bookmark page I have none: 
I think this is because I no longer have access to those 4 topics or PMs.
If that is the case… 
I think the bookmark stat for those should likely be cleared if you no longer have access to them as you can no longer clear them yourself.
