After the latest update to:

There is an issue with our search and custom header links:

Hello Sam,

Thanks for getting back to me. The issue has not been fixed, but due to the visual issue, I disabled the theme component. Would you like to have it re-enabled?

We have this on our list, will look at it over the next few weeks.

If you update both custom header links and header search this should be fixed now!
