Hi. I cathсed two different bugs while i have adjusted the discourse forum.
I added special formats of file and adjust the file size limits.
But i still catсh those bags:
520 Request content was evicted from inspector cache (while i upload .mp4)
422 undefined method `kilobytes’ for “20480”:String (

I believe this one has been reported and fixed in this topic - Issue in uploading media files - #4 by blake
I’m not sure if the first error could also be a consequence, but it may be worth updating your site to pull in that fix and see if it helps.

We’ve installed updates from that topic, but problem did not improved.
