I discovered the icon/emoji category icon feature by chance and started using it right away! Awesome work!
But there are a few bugs that should be fixed:
(maybe unrelated) the color selection does not take keyboard entries, only pasted hex-color (without the #, which is annoying as well).
switching icon/emoji or parent category will erase the new category name and slug. You have to select those first, and then enter the category name and optional slug.
Yuck. That’s a nasty one. I’ll let our team know. I’m not sure if it’s related to this work but either way we will fix it up.
I see what you mean about the parent category, but I can’t replicate this with switching the Style field to a different selection — can you walk me through exactly what you did there or share a recording?
