Can I create a new group which can and can only manage specific categories?

For example: create a group named moderators_1. And they become the moderators of categories_1, also can approval categories_1’s Topic and Replies, but they can’t manage other categories Topic and Replies.

Per category moderation is coming, but it’s not here yet.
