Users with email from @company.invalid should start with a higher trust level than other users. Is this easy to do?

You can do that via a group.

  1. Create a new group
  2. Add company.invalid to “Users who register with an email domain that exactly matches one in this list will be automatically added to this group”
  3. Change the “Trust level automatically granted to members when they’re added” to the desired trust level
