Is it possible to add a remarks section during user registration, requiring users to fill it out, so that administrators can determine if they can join the forum based on the submitted information? Alternatively, can we implement a Q&A registration system where administrators set the questions and users must answer them?

Hi Shawa,
You can use this plugin to set up a custom onboarding/signin process
It is now much easier to subscribe for the advanced features
Now all you have to do is hit ‘Subscribe’ from the admin page of the installed Custom Wizard Plugin and follow the prompts, and Authorize it once it is set up. Easy as!
Of course, the basic (still quite powerful) Wizard functionality works just fine without a subscription.

Or you can use custom fields
Custom User Field inputs can be added to a site’s signup form and user profile pages. The data entered into these inputs can be displayed on user cards and on user summary pages. Custom User Fields can also be retrieved with the Data Explorer plugin. Here is how to create and configure Custom User Fields.
