With version ( 9da9b2e1cc ) of Discourse, on the admin interface of a user profile, if one clicks on the “Delete SSO Record” button, one is asked for confirmation. If one selects “No”, to cancel the operation, the SSO record is deleted anyways. The expected result is for the SSO record to remain in place.

It will hit tests-passed in the next few minutes, then you’ll need to update your instance to the latest version to pull in the fix.
