Cannot Delete Custom Emoji

I wanted to add “<3” to the emoji list and it added “:3:” instead which I suspect is because of the “<”. Anyways I have tried removing it and it will not delete… It asks are you sure, I select “yes” and then nothing…

I’m not 100% sure how you ended up in that state since I couldn’t reproduce it locally…

But I changed the code so that we’re lenient when deleting custom emojis when the associated upload was somehow already deleted.
