Error uploading custom emoji

I bumped into the issue of Custom Emoji not getting uploaded. I followed the previous thread and conversations here Configure custom emoji - #29 by Roi. Also looked at some past regression issues and fix.

I’m getting error 500 while uploading the image.

Any suggestion on what’s wrong here? I checked with different file types and the given resolution for custom emoji while uploading but nothing worked. Do I need to convert the image file to a specific type?
The discourse version is 3.1.0.beta1

Resolved, there was a disk space issue.
