Cannot send a group join request

With the current version of self-hosted Discourse (3.2.0.beta2-dev) it is no longer possible to send a request to join groups.

The js error that comes, complains that the reason field has only a getter

Is there something that needs to be done after update? Or is this clearly a bug?

There was a fix about two weeks ago.

Group membership requests seems to be broken

When I attempt to [image] to join a group (from either the /g page or a specific group page), the pop-up works fine. However, despite filling in lots of text in the box, the Submit Request button remains greyed out and I can’t actually submit it: [image] This is reproducible here on meta.discourse.org

Aww… right, my bad

I got a green face on my panel so I assumed, I’m up to date. There was indeed a newer version and the issue is gone.

Also I’ve typed wrong keywords in the search box, because the topic you linked, didn’t pop out to me…
