Category permissions that only allow moderators to create topics

hello i would love to create a category whereby only moderator can make post. users wont be able to make post in such categories but the can reply it. how can this be done? :slight_smile:

Go to that Category → Edit → Security

You can set the allowed group to be admins, mods, or “staff” for both.
