Category within Category

Hi

I just setup my page for the first time, and I see that on the meta instance, subcategories are shown prominently on the top of the parent category. How can I achieve this?

When I set subcategories, they do show up as such on the overview page, but I can only reach them by clicking directly on them from there.

Once I go into the parent category, they do not show up.

Admin - Site Settings - Basic Setup - Desktop category page style

This setting determines the visual layout of the /categories page on desktop. It includes options such as displaying subcategories with featured topics, showing the latest topics, or presenting top topics. The chosen style will influence how users interact and navigate through categories on the site.

Got it!

Thanks for the help!

I am already very sleepy and should succeed tomorrow.

Yep, figured it out now as well. Although it would be nice, if the settings search could find those settings as well. I would be surprised, if I am the first you looks for one of them, here in the normal settings.

The admin search is quite new, though I think they are hoping to make it the Ultimate Admin Search Tool so it may be something to keep an eye out for. :crossed_fingers:
