Like in the picture.
Then use the points earned from checking in and clocking in to unlock hidden content in the post

The Discourse Gamification plugin can award points for daily visits (among other things). You can also use the API to subtract points if you want to redeem them for things: How to integrate Discourse Gamification with an external system (redeem and award points)
