Chrome bug shows SSL certificates as invalid when they aren't

Click on link with review.discourse.org

Check certificate by mousing over padlock icon before url to show drop-down menu.
Click Certificate

Clicking certificate will show the certificate

Site still seems to work.

I don’t know why I am seeing expired certificates on Chrome.

Looking at your example it looks like Microsoft Edge. For Edge I see

Short answer: this is a Chrome bug, we’ll post more information about it later.
