Also, regarding the Search Banner Component - it is now a setting:

This theme component is only required when sites want to use custom backgrounds, multiple lines of text, or change who can see the banner (logged in / logged out). Otherwise, you may use the Enable welcome banner setting to create a basic search banner on your site.
