Example: I’m a happy user, but not a paying customer. My input here will include reports on bugs, suggestions on fixes, feedback on design proposals and design decisions, suggestions on features. Not sure where you fit that all in - depends on how you view the steering of the future of the product. Perhaps that is marketing.
