Composer toolbar button order different for some users

A few of my users have button order that is completely different from mine:

  • the “preformatted text” button is moved under the cog (that’s the worst one!)
  • bulleted and numbered list are also under the cog menu

In the screenshot below you can see what my composer looks like on the bottom, that’s how it should be.

I have no composer plugins or components installed, standard Discourse install.

Additionally, when I impersonate this user the button order is perfectly fine, the same as what I’m seeing. I tried different browsers as well and made sure to clear cache.

I can’t figure out what is going on, any hints?

Do they use a touchscreen device?

Aha… now I can reproduce the problem!
That component looks like exactly what I need, I’ll go and give that a try.

That did the trick, thanks so much for the quick reply, I searched for all kinds of things, but didn’t think of mobile usages (the screenshots I got didn’t include enough context).
