When user tried to change their email, the confirmation email leads to “Oopse! That page doesn’t exist or is private”
They showed me a screenshot and I can see that they are logged in. Can anyone think of a reason that could be happening? Is that the expected response if the email has already been confirmed?
If they’ve followed the link and confirmed the email change then following the link a second time would indeed lead to an ‘oops…’ page (as the magic link has been used and expired).
If their new email address has been updated in their profile, then it seems like it was successful.
