Getting error when changing e-mail address

Hello, I’m trying to change user’s email address, but it shows me an error after I open the link I’ve received on my old e-mail.

“This page does not exist or it was hidden from public”.

What can I do?

I’m receiving this type of link: domain_name/u/verify-old-email/35fde06b27fe6b446afda258b574616c

but it leads to page that does not exist.
