When a post for a site associated with a small set of GitHub repositories includes a GitHub commit hash, convert the GitHub commit hash to a link to the GitHub commit.
As a programmer who uses developer forums associated with software hosted on GitHub, commits are often noted in post as the GitHub commit hash as it should be unique. Sometimes the commit is just posted, sometimes it is posted as link by the creator of the post.
It would be nice if the system or even the AI recognized the GitHub commit hash and converted it to an HTML link.
