Continuing the discussion from IE9 vs Chrome comparison review:
Unable to upload an image via Ctrl+V on meta with an image on clipboard.
Works on my not-updated Discourse installs.
(probably related to above changes but not confirmed).

Sorry about that. Seems like I needed some adjustements after upgrading the jQuery File Upload plugin
