There was some discussion about that in Allow multiple ‘new topic’ drafts - #33 by Aizada_M I don’t think such a link is possible at the moment

I took a different path. I guided my users on how to effectively use tools to make notes using their devices. Multiple drafts won’t fix that, because publishing and notes are fundamentally different things. I have a few such power users, and for them (and myself), I created a private category. But …

For each user, he/she may like to write drafts with different topics and modify them sometime. Publish or just keep notes. I think message is enough to do this, but it’s inconvenient to fill own name every time.
