Is there a way to create a link to create a new private message to a specific user with preformed subject and body?

I’d like to create a link from a website that is currently integrated with the Discourse API that creates a new private message to a specific user with preformed subject and body. My website uses the SSO feature, so I know who the logged in user is.

I assume there’s a way to create the private message using the API in some kind of draft status, but then I’d like the link to take me to that TO user’s profile with the draft message open.

Does anyone know if this is possible and how I might pull this off?
